Recording Examination Results
Examination results are recorded online by lecturers and students through a dedicated service designed to make the process more efficient and transparent.
If a student does not view the examination result at the time the lecturer records it, the student has 7 consecutive calendar days to view and, if desired, reject the grade using the same online service. After the 7-day period (which cannot be extended), the grade is considered accepted ("silent consent"), and the lecturer may proceed with the official recording of the examination result.
If an examination listed in your transcript is no longer offered, you must ask the Teaching Office to open a dedicated examination session. Please write to psicologia@unifi.it.
For examinations consisting of both a written and an oral component, students must register for the written examination through the Examination Sessions section. Information regarding the oral examination can be found both in the description of the written examination session and in the Partial Assessments section. Registration for the oral examination in the Partial Assessments section is not mandatory unless specifically required by the lecturer.
For integrated examinations, each module consists of one or more partial assessments whose dates are available in the Partial Assessments section. To indicate the intention to take a specific component of the examination, students must register through the Partial Assessments section. These sessions do not generate an official record; therefore, any grade assigned by the lecturer cannot be accepted by the student or entered into their academic record.
In the Examination Sessions section, students will find the official recording session labeled "RECORDING OF THE INTEGRATED EXAMINATION". Students should register for this session only to have the integrated examination officially recorded and must follow the instructions provided in the notes.
Validity of a Partial Assessment Grade: After passing one partial assessment, students must complete the remaining assessment(s) and have the integrated examination officially recorded within the following three examination periods after the first assessment (that is, within the same examination period of the following academic year).
The transcript is a permanent record. It keeps track of all activities that have been associated with it, including examination registrations. The Student Administration Office will remove unnecessary activities during the pre-graduation checks.
Please contact the lecturer.
