What you will study
Professional profiles
Graduates in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, after passing the State Examination and registering in Section B of the Register of Psychologists, may practise as Doctors in Psychological Techniques under the supervision of a qualified psychologist registered in Section A. They work in social, educational, clinical, organisational and occupational settings, contributing to the design, implementation and evaluation of preventive, habilitative and rehabilitative psychological interventions aimed at individuals and groups, in both the public and private sectors.
Career opportunities
Graduates in Psychological Sciences and Techniques may work in healthcare, educational, social and organisational settings, including local health authorities, hospitals, schools, companies, rehabilitation centres, social cooperatives and professional practices. However, the vast majority of graduates continue their studies with a Master's Degree in order to broaden their professional opportunities.
